This Privacy Policy explains how TalentRayz Learning Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information within the TalentRayz LMS platform (the “Service”).

To provide access, track training progress, and manage portal accounts, we collect a minimal amount of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Required data. To create a login, we strictly require only the user’s name, email ID, and employee ID (or unique identifier).
Optional data. Any additional profile fields or demographics requested within the platform are entirely optional and managed at the discretion of the client organization or individual user.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected PII solely to deliver the learning management system functionality. This includes:

Authenticating user logins and securing accounts
Tracking course completion, training progress, and certifications
Delivering training content to internal or external employees, customers, partners, and dealers
Facilitating content sales to individual buyers

3. Data Ownership and Third-Party Sharing

Client ownership. Corporate clients retain full ownership of the user data uploaded for their respective employees, partners, and dealers.
No selling of data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your PII or any other information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
Service providers. Data is only shared with trusted third-party sub-processors (such as secure cloud hosting and payment gateways) if and when necessary to run the Service.

4. Data Security

We employ industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to safeguard your PII (if shared) against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All data transmissions are encrypted using secure HTTPS/TLS protocols.
